  • We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, ingredients, and images.
  • Results may vary from person to person depending on hair type, scalp condition, and consistency of use.
  • Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have a serious scalp or hair condition, please consult a doctor.

Ordering

By placing an order with Kshaf-ul-Shifa, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide (name, address, phone number) is accurate and complete
  • You are 18 years or older, or are placing the order with parental/guardian consent
  • You agree to be available to receive the delivery at the provided address
  • You understand that order confirmation is subject to product availability

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect information, or unavailability of stock.

Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • Any applicable delivery charges will be communicated at the time of order confirmation
  • Promotional prices are only valid during the specified offer period

Payment Terms

  • We currently operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis only
  • Payment is to be made in full at the time of delivery
  • We do not accept advance payments, bank transfers, or online payments at this time
  • Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery to avoid inconvenience

Delivery & Shipping

  • We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan
  • Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 working days after order confirmation
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or remote locations
  • Kshaf-ul-Shifa is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services
  • Once dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with the customer via WhatsApp
  • Delivery is considered complete once the parcel is handed over to the customer or any person at the provided address

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Returns or exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong product 
  • The product arrived damaged or defective 
  • The product seal was broken upon delivery

Conditions for Return:

  • Request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order
  • Customer must provide photo or video evidence of the issue
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

❌ Returns are NOT accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Product opened and used
  • Damage caused by customer misuse
  • Request made after 48 hours of delivery

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued in cases where a return is approved by our team
  • Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used at the time of purchase
  • Since we operate on COD, approved refunds may be processed through bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash — details to be confirmed with the customer
  • Refunds may take 5 to 7 working days to process after approval

Use of Products

  • Always read the instructions on the product label before use
  • Perform a patch test before full application, especially if you have sensitive skin
  • Discontinue use immediately if any irritation, redness, or allergic reaction occurs
  • Keep products away from eyes; if contact occurs, rinse immediately with water
  • Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
  • Keep out of reach of children

Kshaf-ul-Shifa is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from misuse or failure to follow instructions

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and social media — including the Kshaf-ul-Shifa name, logo, product images, descriptions, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Kshaf-ul-Shifa.

  • Delivery delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances
