Orders
All orders are subject to confirmation. We may call or message you to confirm your order and address before dispatch. We may cancel an order if we cannot confirm it, if the details are incomplete, or if a product is out of stock. If this happens, we will let you know.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We accept Cash on Delivery and, where offered, bank transfer. Prices and offers may change without notice, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan through TCS. Delivery times are estimates and may change because of weather, public holidays or courier delays. Full details are on our delivery information page.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds follow our refund policy.
Product use
Our products are for external use only. Please read the label before use. Do a patch test on a small area of skin before first use, and stop using the product if irritation occurs.
