You can pay with Cash on Delivery, or pay in advance through JazzCash, NayaPay or bank transfer. If you pay in advance, our account details are shown after you place the order. Please send the payment screenshot with your order number on WhatsApp so we can confirm it.

Yes. After you place an order, our team calls or messages you on WhatsApp to confirm your address and products before we dispatch the parcel. Please keep your phone on so the order is not delayed.

Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp with your name and order number and we will update or cancel it for you. Once the parcel is handed over to TCS, it can no longer be cancelled.

Yes. We ship every order through TCS to cities and towns across Pakistan. Once your parcel is booked, we share the tracking number with you. Full details are on our delivery information page.

Major cities such as Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Faisalabad usually receive orders in 2–3 working days. Other cities and towns usually take 3–5 working days. Remote areas can take a little longer, depending on TCS coverage.

Yes, delivery on hair oil orders is free all over Pakistan, and there are no hidden charges at the door. If any delivery charge applies to an order, it is shown clearly at checkout before you place the order.

Follow three simple steps. First, pour a small amount of oil into your palm and warm it between your fingers. Second, part your hair into sections and massage the oil gently into your scalp and roots for 5–10 minutes, then smooth what is left along the lengths. Third, leave it on overnight and wash it out in the morning with a mild herbal shampoo.

A small amount is enough. For short hair, half a teaspoon to one teaspoon usually covers the scalp. For long or thick hair, you may need one to two teaspoons. Using more oil does not give better results; it only makes your hair harder to wash.

For best results, leave it on overnight so it has time to soak into the scalp. If you cannot leave it overnight, keep it on for at least 2–3 hours before washing. Try not to step out in the sun or dust with oiled hair.

Wet your hair fully with lukewarm water. Take a small amount of shampoo, massage it into your scalp for about a minute and then work it through your hair. Rinse well. If you oiled your hair the night before, shampoo once more to remove all the oil. Use it 2–3 times a week, or as needed.

Yes, the oil can be used on colored or chemically treated hair. As with any new product, do a small patch test on your skin first and wait 24 hours. If you notice any irritation, stop using it.

For most people, 2–3 times a week works well. Regular use matters more than using a large amount at once. Using the oil consistently as part of your weekly routine is the best way to see how your hair responds.

The 150 ml bottle is a good way to try the oil. The 200 ml and 250 ml bottles last longer and suit regular use, long or thick hair, or sharing with the family.

The oil is made for external use on the scalp and hair. Before first use, please do a small patch test on your skin and wait 24 hours. If you notice any irritation, stop using it. Keep it out of reach of children and avoid contact with the eyes.

Choose the Neem Anti-Dandruff Shampoo if you want a fresh, clean feeling scalp and help with flakes. Choose the Amla Hair Fall Shampoo if your main concern is gentle washing and less breakage. Both are 150 ml and cost Rs. 600.

Yes, that is exactly how they are meant to be used together. Oil your hair the night before, then wash with the shampoo in the morning. Massage the shampoo into the scalp, rinse well, and repeat once if your hair still feels oily.

Yes. Any 2 shampoos are Rs. 1,000 instead of Rs. 1,200. You can mix them, for example one Neem and one Amla, or take two of the same.

Please check the parcel before you accept it. If a bottle is broken, leaking or the wrong product, take photos or a short video and message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours. We will send a replacement or a refund as explained in our refund policy.
