Shipping partner
We ship all orders through TCS to cities and towns across Pakistan. Once your parcel is booked, we will share your TCS tracking number with you on WhatsApp or SMS so you can follow your delivery.
Processing time
Orders are confirmed by our team, usually by a call or WhatsApp message, and dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery time
- Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad and similar): usually 2–3 working days
- Other cities and towns: usually 3–5 working days
- Remote areas may take a little longer, depending on TCS coverage
Delivery charges
Delivery on Kshaf-ul-Shifa Herbal Hair Oil is free all over Pakistan. There are no hidden charges at the door.
Cash on Delivery
You can pay in cash to the TCS rider when your parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready if possible.
Receiving your parcel
Please check that the parcel is sealed and not damaged before you accept it. If something looks wrong, take a photo or video and contact us on WhatsApp right away. See our refund policy for details.
