Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

✅ You received a wrong product that you did not order
✅ The product arrived damaged or broken
✅ The product seal was already broken at the time of delivery
✅ The product is defective or of poor quality

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these simple steps:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • Share the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Order details (product name & quantity)
  • Delivery address
  • Clear photo or video of the damaged/wrong product
  • Reason for refund request

 

  • Our team will review your request within 1 to 2 working days
  •  If approved, refund will be processed as per our refund method below

Refund Methods

Since we operate on Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed through one of the following methods:

💚 EasyPaisa 💙 JazzCash 🏦 Bank Transfer

Our team will confirm the preferred refund method with you at the time of approval. Refund details (account number or wallet number) will be required from the customer.

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, please allow:

3 to 5 working days for the refund to be transferred to your EasyPaisa / JazzCash account ⏳ 5 to 7 working days for bank transfers

We will notify you via WhatsApp once the refund has been processed.

Exchange Policy

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we are happy to arrange that too! Simply let us know when you contact us, and we will send you the correct or replacement product as soon as possible.

  • Exchange requests must also be made within 48 hours of delivery
  • The original product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Exchange is subject to product availability

Return of Product

In some cases, we may request you to return the product before processing the refund or exchange.

  • Return shipping instructions will be provided by our team
  • Return courier charges will be borne by Kshaf-ul-Shifa in case of our error (wrong or damaged product)
  • Return courier charges will be borne by the customer in other applicable cases

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • First, check your EasyPaisa / JazzCash / bank account again carefully
  • Then contact your bank or mobile wallet provider
